Founded in 2003, Manuplas Ltd are a custom-focused contract manufacturing firm based in the heart of England’s thriving West Country. We have over 20 years experience in composites manufacturing and we are specialists in processing polyurethane elastomers.

We have established a global reputation for engineering excellence through our Hippo Marine brand of marine equipment.

Led by Managing Director, Andrew Wickham, we have extended our competencies beyond our successful marine business and into the technical arena of mass casting, CNC machining, mould production and of course, manufacture.

 

All products are crafted by a highly skilled team of 40 employees utilising our state-of-the-art plant & machinery. Manuplas has trebled in both size and turnover in the past 4 years and we have just invested over £500,000 in new equipment. Following this rapid growth and significant technological advancement, Manuplas have been identified and selected by the DTi to become an Evoke status company.

From their grassroots of custom made, low volume manufacturing, Manuplas has been able to develop a service line of fully integrated solutions from design to manufacture. The company’s philosophy to have a “seamless partnership” with each and every one of their customers enables Manuplas to act as an extension to any R&D team, designer, architect or engineer.
