Manuplas has extensive experience of working as a contract manufacturer supplying in particular the Marine, Sub Sea and Leisure Industries.

We have over 20 years of experience of manufacturing custom designed products using polyurethane and GRP composite materials in varying quantities and complexity.

This experience enables us to deliver products on time and at the right quality.

Through our flexible customer approach, we are able to offer a service that can be as fully integrated as desired. From design through to manufacture we can offer a solution that suits you best.

In addition to our contract manufacturing services, we also have the capability of producing low to medium production run mouldings using GRP or polyurethane composites.

This additional service offering spans a 4 stage process which encompasses every service needed to enable your designs to become reality:

• Mass Cast material into a customer supplied cavity or CNC Machine an EPS cavity and Mass Cast into it leaving a billet. This dimensionally replicates the shape of the final product significantly reducing both resin waste and machining time.
• From January 2008, Manuplas will also be offering a seamless paste system as an alternative. We are also developing ‘Manu-Cast Epoxy’ - a mass cast pre-preg solution.
  
  
• CNC Machining of the rough cast billet to a customer’s specification
• Mould Production
• Manufacture
