Manu-Cast offers a high quality and cost effective alternative to the process of laminating individual mass produced modelling boards.

Manu-Cast is a seamlessly cast product available in standard block sizes or cast directly into a bespoke cavity.  This process has the following key advantages:

  1. It substantially reduces material wastage
  2. It substantially reduces machining time
  3. Resulting in significant cost savings

Our 4 stage process encompasses every service needed to enable your designs to become reality.

  1. Mast Cast material into a customer supplied cavity or CNC Machine an EPS cavity and Mass Cast into it leaving a billet.  This dimensionally replicates the shape of the final product significantly reducing both material waste and machining time.
  2. CNC Machining of the rough cast billet to a customer’s specification
  3. Mould Production
  4. Manufacture

Manuplas is one of the only companies in the UK that has the in house capability to supply ALL of the 4 stage process.  Our flexible production system allows rapid reponses to short deadlines giving customers greater control over their projects.
