• Manuplas has a first class manufacturing facility which houses state of the art technology for spraying and casting filled and unfilled polyurethane elastomer material formulations.

• Understanding and fulfilling customer needs efficiently is met with the ability to tailor the formulation or material specification to suit a customer’s exact requirements.  Our in house team of competent and versatile engineers is always available to use their advanced engineering capabilities to develop product and material specifications required by our customers.

• Our innovative advances within this field have allowed polyester and epoxy resin systems to be replaced due to developments in polyurethane composites.  This in house development has enabled our production to become more environmentally friendly and produce lighter and stronger products.

• Manuplas has produced 2 of the largest 1 piece polyurethane castings ever made weighing in at 4 tonnes each!
